Teasing the Neighbor
Kaylee wants some attention

Harrison Tower West, Apartment 17C
“There he is. Yummy,” Kaylee thought to herself. The hot guy was out on his balcony again. Gazing out the window of her seventeenth floor apartment, she looked across the courtyard separating the two Harrison Towers. As he had done for the last few days, a gorgeous man was sitting on a wicker chair, enjoying the early evening.
Tall and lean, with thick, dark hair, he hit all of Kaylee’s buttons. If his eyes were blue or green, she knew she would have no choice but to throw herself at him. Fortunately, he was too far away for her to see his eyes, even if he hadn’t been wearing sunglasses.
“I don’t know what he’s looking at,” she thought, “but I want it to be me!” The pretty young lady left the kitchen and went out onto her own balcony.
Enjoying the wonderful weather, the bright sunshine warmed her face and the cool breeze ran through her hair. Kaylee saw her neighbor and, with a cute smile and little curtsy, gave him a wave.
Nothing.
The hot guy gave no indication that he had seen her greeting. No wave back, no smile, not even a nod of the head.
“Maybe he didn’t see me wave,” she thought. Her second attempt was more obvious, a large wave of her whole arm, slowly, back and forth several times.
Still nothing.
“What? How rude!” Kaylee thought. However, rather than convince her to give up, the man’s aloof nature aroused her even further. She felt a powerful heat building between her thighs as her body responded. Now she desperately needed to get his attention.
“He won’t ignore this!” Facing the hot guy, Kaylee quickly lifted the front of her t-shirt. Having removed her bra when she changed after work, her perky breasts were completely exposed for his viewing pleasure. After a giving a little jiggle, she lowered her shirt again to see his response.
“What the fuck?!”
The guy across the courtyard gave no sign of approval. In fact, he was barely moving. If he hadn’t taken a sip of his drink right at that moment, Kaylee would have thought he had fallen asleep behind those dark glasses.
“Oh, this will not do!” she declared. “He is going to notice this!” Turning away, she lifted her t-shirt over her head, tossed it to the floor, then spun back to face him, holding her firm and succulent breasts in her hands. Squeezing the plump globes, the sexy young lady began to gyrate and dance. Her own actions, and her neighbor’s stubborn refusal to even acknowledge her existence, drove her arousal even higher. Her nipples pebbled like diamonds, aching with lust she could only partially relieve by pinching and twisting the engorged nerve clusters.
Almost of its own volition, her hand crept into her short pants, finding her way to her drenched center.
And still the hot guy sat there, like nothing was happening across the courtyard!
Driven more by her lust than to get attention from him, Kaylee quickly dropped her shorts and panties. Revealing herself completely, the young woman sat back on a chair, spread her thighs wide, and began to touch herself. After circling her clit a few times, she ran her first two fingers through her folds, covering them in her arousal. It wasn’t long before she dipped the lubricated digits into her opening.
First two, then a third finger plunged inside her soaking wet channel. Grinding the heel of her palm against her clitoris, she pumped her fingers in and out of her clenching grip, her lust approaching a fever pitch. Hooking her fingers, Kaylee found the special spot and, while the hot guy across the courtyard ignored her, exploded in orgasm.
“Oh fuck,” she cried out as her cum splashed across her balcony. “Aaaaahhhh!” she screamed in ecstasy.
That got a response! Kaylee was delighted to see the hot guy slightly tip his head to one side. Then suddenly she realized — she was naked on her balcony where anyone, not just the hot guy, could have seen her! Overcome with embarrassment, Kaylee left her clothes where they laid and rushed back inside.
“I hope I don’t run into him in the lobby,” she thought. “Or maybe I do,” she giggled as she felt a tiny tingle start again.

“I love this balcony,” thought Robert. “Relaxing in the warm sunshine and cool breeze is the perfect ending to a stressful day. I just love to sit and have a drink out here after work. Being up this high, you lose all of the ugly city noises, not to mention smells, that you get lower down. My friends think it’s foolish for a blind man to pay the premium for a view he can’t enjoy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Faintly, on the breeze, he heard an unusual sound.
“Oh fuck! Aaaaahhhh!”
“What was that noise?” he wondered as he tipped his head to listen closer. “I sure hope nobody was hurt.”
This was another silly story inspired by the wonderful Skylar Quinn. I didn’t use her characters this time, but the idea came from a chat we had. Thanks, Skylar!

I love when you use me for inspiration!!!
Exactly my first thought when she said he didn’t wave or react. (But then, I work with disabled people, so they are in my experience as, perhaps, they are not for everyone.)
